Went to Chevron Motors, Bransford Road, Worcester on Saturday as my fan decided to stop working, they only had one mechanic in but still managed to look at my car and diagnose the problem there and then, they had to order the part in which takes a couple of days and couldn't order it until Monday but was all done by Wednesday afternoon. Great Service and great staff, will always deal with Chevron now and not any old back street garage.

My Wife and I needed a small city car. Viewed all makes and were confused until we called into Chevron Motors Citroen where Stephen Ward explained different funding options in simple plain English with non of the usual sales jargon. Mr Ward supplied a top of the range C1 convertible for only £149 per month. The whole process from start to finish was a most pleasurable experience. I bought a secondhand Citroen c4 Picasso grande elsewhere but have had it serviced and repaired at Chevron Motors Worcester since then. At all times the staff have been particularly informative and helpful, calling me at all stages of the job to let me know findings and make choices on things to be done. The work and service were good as usual and in the past have been given a courtesy car as I live 4 miles away but this year was told I had to pay £10 for insurance so I declined to pay, when I bought the car new I was assured of a car or some way of getting me home,i love my C3 but the service is not as good as I used to get from Toyota from whom I bought many cars,i shall be using my local village garage for servicing in the future.
